Didn't get to know her and can't speak to her Mage capabilities but as Aure said, she was with us in the RSA.

From what I saw during the RSA raids and by grouping with her recently, she's a great, competent and dedicate player.

And a really nice person as well.

I think we do. I think we need people in general. Class balance is the least of our worries imo.

I'd say yes as Zefania will have troubles attending weekday raids from what I've understood, we may have need for a third mage.

We do need people in general, but it is still important to consider class balance.

When we get enough to raid, we will quite fast meet encounters where we need certain classes. If we at that point don't have that class, we will have to recruit them. This could mean we would suddently get a member or two too much for 10 man raiding.
If we just hurry and scrample people together as fast as we can, the chances of it all rambling two weeks after it starts will be bigger imo.

I agree with Arsehat - it's not fair to our members that not all can get to go once we're up and running. I would personally get annoyed if I had to sit out every other time we raided.
